If you would like to collect the parcel in person at the boutique, please select this option at checkout and we will wrap it and have it ready for collection at your earliest convenience.

FREE UK delivery on orders over £200. Please allow 2-3 working days.

For orders under £200, the delivery cost is £5.

Includes all of UK and the Channel Islands.

Please note Royal Mail does not collect on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

This is a tracked and signed for service, for which the recipient will need to be present to sign for the parcel. If you are not in, you will receive a card from Royal Mail stating where you can collect it from. You will receive an email from Feather & Stitch to let you know when the parcel has been dispatched. You will also receive an email from Royal Mail on the day of delivery. Should your parcel not arrive in the designated time period, please do not hesitate to email or call us and we will check the tracking number and status for you.

NEXT DAY UK DELIVERY – DPD

NEXT DAY DELIVERY via DPD - MONDAY – FRIDAY - £7.95
Orders must be placed by midday to guarantee a next day delivery by 6pm UK Mainland only (excl. Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland & Channel Islands)

NEXT DAY DELIVERY via DPD - SATURDAY & SUNDAY - £14.95
Orders must be placed by 10.30am to guarantee a next day delivery by 6pm UK Mainland only (excl. Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland & Channel Islands)

You will receive an email from Feather & Stitch to let you know when the parcel has been dispatched. You will also receive an EMAIL and/or TEXT from DPD on the day of delivery to confirm delivery time and the option to reschedule the time or place of delivery, if more convenient.

If you are not in, or do not reply to the email or text, to change your delivery preference, this may result in your delivery being delayed.

Should your parcel not arrive in the designated time period, please do not hesitate to email or call us and we will check the status for you.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (ROYAL MAIL) - SHIP WORLDWIDE - This option is currently unavailable. Email [email protected] to enquire.

International deliveries are currently unavailable. Please email [email protected] with any international order enquiries.


International deliveries will be sent out via Royal Mail, generally via a Tracked and Signed service if available in your country.


EUROPE
Standard charge of £15.
Please allow 7-10 working days for delivery.


REST OF WORLD
Standard charge of £25.
Please allow 7-14 working days for delivery.

Feather & Stitch is unable to calculate local customs and sales tax with all international deliveries. You may be notified by your local customs authority once your order has reached your country and they may apply customs or sales tax which has to be paid before you may receive your goods.

FREE GIFT WRAPPING

Every order is beautifully wrapped in tissue paper with ribbon and a handwritten card, and will arrive in a box.
If your order is for a gift, please tick the box at checkout so that we can remove the price.

RETURNS

We understand that you may wish to exchange or return your items and you have 14 working days from the date of receiving your order to do so.

We kindly ask that you make sure all products are returned in their original condition, with their original packaging and labels, otherwise your item may be sent back to you. Please note, we do not accept the return of earrings for hygiene reasons.

When posting back unwanted items, please ensure they are in their original packing or an alternative, which will protect them on their journey.

Please complete the returns form included with your order, adding an R or an E depending on if its for Refund or Exchange and state the reason for return on the dotted line.

If you would like to Exchange, see the Exchange process below.

Please send it back to the boutique via one of the Returns options below. Please note the cost of the return will need to be covered by you, the customer.

You'll receive an email from Feather & Stitch once we have received your item and the refund has been processed.

All refunds are returned to the original payment method within 30 days. Refunds vary depending on your bank but typically take up to 5 working days to show in your account or instantly if you purchased using PayPal.

FREE RETURN IN STORE

If you would like to return the parcel in person at the boutique, we would be happy to take your item and to process your return.

RETURN VIA ROYAL MAIL OR COURIER

Please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment.


We recommend that you use a secure, trackable postal or courier service and retain proof of sending, in case of any dispute or failure of the goods to arrive with us. We will not accept any liability for any goods that are returned in inadequate protective packaging, by an uninsured or unrecorded transit service, or that go missing without proof of postage.


We also recommend you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange an item, you can do so by emailing us at [email protected] or calling us with your exchange requirements and then follow the returns policy above.


Please put an E on your return form and state clearly what you would like to exchange the item for. If you have already found out via contacting us that this isn't available/possible, then please state R for a refund.


Please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment.


We will advise if we have the exchange item you require and will then send this out to you once we have received the original item in good order. If it is not available, we will offer you a refund or credit.

FAULTY GOODS

In the rare event you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please email or call us and we will endeavour to exchange your item where possible, pay for a repair, or give you a full refund.


Goods are faulty if they are received by you in a damaged state, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
